Junior Operations Specialist


  • Work with Leadership Team to understand the business holistically, do regular and ad hoc reporting for key functions, and provides trend analysis and recommendations for business solutions

  • Facilitate meetings and prepare content for presentation including office financials, operational metrics and KPIs

  • Support and active involvement with business operations

  • Own various on and offsite events including all-hands meetings, holiday party and social engagements.

  • Work with Recruitment team to coordinate and schedule interviews with prospective candidates

  • Provide assistance for the office, including, meeting coordination, presentation preparation, catering, etc.


  • Bachelor's degree

  • 1+ years of professional experience

  • Knowledge of and experience using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
