Junior Operations Specialist
Work with Leadership Team to understand the business holistically, do regular and ad hoc reporting for key functions, and provides trend analysis and recommendations for business solutions
Facilitate meetings and prepare content for presentation including office financials, operational metrics and KPIs
Support and active involvement with business operations
Own various on and offsite events including all-hands meetings, holiday party and social engagements.
Work with Recruitment team to coordinate and schedule interviews with prospective candidates
Provide assistance for the office, including, meeting coordination, presentation preparation, catering, etc.
2-4 years of professional experience
Knowledge of and experience using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
